Jean was privately trained with milliner Aileen Keoghan and then carried out various millinery courses herself with Beads & Bling, Co. Dublin. Jean was also awarded Senior Business Person of the year in 2009. She has made hats for countless royal and personal weddings, horse meetings and celebrities such as Aisling O'Loughlin from TV3 and Sandra Huberman (Amy's mum for Amy & Brian's wedding).
